Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
Orders will be dispatched the same day. However, Royal Mail do not collect Saturday PM or all day Sunday. Orders made during this time will be dispatched by us on the same day, but will sit with Royal Mail until they commence their service on Monday morning.
Shipping Methods
Free 2nd Class shipping is available on orders over £7.50. Estimated time for 2nd Class is 2-3 working days
1st Class shipping is available for an additional premium. Estimated time for 1st Class is 1-2 working days.
Returns
At Climbers’ Nook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Returns for Unwanted Items
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery at your own expense, provided that:
- The item is unopened and in its original condition.
- The item is in a resaleable condition with no signs of use or damage.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
To process a return for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please:

- If necessary, provide clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item or issuing a replacement or refund.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at daniel@climbersnook.com with your order details. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
