What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All processed securely through Stripe.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We pride ourselves on packing and dispatching your order as fast as possible – often within 30 minutes. This means that it is unlikely that we’d be able to cancel your order once placed.

If you have questions about any products don’t hesitate to contact us before placing an order.

Do you offer discounts?

We often run sales as well as some awesome bundles deals. However, we don’t offer discounts for particular sub groups – such as students, OAPs, etc. At Climbers Nook we think it’s fairer to give everyone the epic discounts and sales.

What if my delivery doesn’t arrive within the shipping estimate?

We’re really sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived. Please get in touch after the shipping estimate has passed and we’ll have a look in to it.

Are cards blank inside?

Yes all cards are blank inside with a nice matt finish to allow you to easily write your personalised message

Can I add a personal message inside a card?

We do not offer the ability to print a message inside your card at present.

What size are your cards?

You can find the dimensions of cards on the product page. At present they’re all 148mm x 148mm, printed on 300GSM card.

Are envelopes included?

Every card will come with it’s own envelope. If you buy a multi-pack/bundle you will receive 1 envelope for every card in the pack.

Are your cards recyclable?

Our cards are completely recyclabe. They contain not glitter or microplastics. Making them a great choice for the climber in your life who appreciates looking after our outdoor wonderland.
