Are you Climbing Multiple Times A Week,
and still not improving?
Climbing on it's own won’t break your plateau.
Why Most Boulderers Plateau
- Do you rely entirely on climbing for strength?
- Do you find yourself repeating your favourite styles?
- Do you avoid styles you're not very good at?
- Do you avoid progressive overload?
- Do you avoid off the wall training?
- Do you try random, unfocussed workouts with no structure or support system?
Progress stalls when stimulus stalls
Our Plateau Progression programme will help you break passed your V3-V5 barrier.
How It Works:
Structured 30-minute sessions with a single climbing-relevant focus.
Each session contains five focused exercises.
Complete five rounds and you’re done
You’ll train the same core movement areas throughout the programme - with difficulty increasing gradually so your strength, power, control, and mobility compound over time.
What Makes Our Progression Different?
We are all sick and tired of boring training plans that ask you to write down your reps or your PBs. Even worse, programmes that want you to use gym equipment that is so complicated that it looks like a section of a space rocket! Here's why we're different.
Designed to Fit Around Real Climbing
Built for frustrated Climbers
You've got foundational climbing technique, let's build the strength and power to take advantage of that technique.
Almost no gym equipment needed
All you will need is a pair of dumbbells, a pull up bar, and later in the programme a hangboard.
30 Minute Sessions
Each session is designed so it is simple to understand, and quick to execute. No one wants to be training for 2 hours.
Simple. Clear. No Intimidation.
Every session includes clear start-and-finish illustrations - designed to make each movement obvious at a glance.
No anatomy diagrams. No muscle charts. No overcomplication.
Let's Meet The Sessions
Each session has a specific focus that is directly transferable to improving your on-the-wall bouldering success.
Detailed Instructions for Every Exercise
To support your completely through this programme we have written a separate manual.

One structured session per week, alongside your normal climbing.
Consistency matters more than intensity.
All you will need is a pair of dumbbells, a pull up bar, and later in the programme a hangboard.
These are common in almost every climbing centre. We designed this programme with this in mind.
If you complete the sessions in order, climb twice per week alongside it, and don’t flash at least one problem a full grade above your starting flash grade, we’ll refund you.
Sessions are progressive and controlled. There’s no max testing, no ego lifting, and no reckless loading.
