Referral Refund Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 9th 2025

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Referral Refund Scheme (“the Scheme”) offered by Climbers’ Nook (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the Scheme, customers agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are supplementary to our general Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Scheme is open to individuals who have placed and completed an order through our website.

1.2 Participants must be resident in the United Kingdom and aged 18 or over.

1.3 Referrals must be made to new customers only. A “new customer” is defined as an individual who has not previously placed an order with Climbers’ Nook.

2. Referral Process

2.1 To make a referral, the participant must instruct the referred customer to enter the participant’s full name or email address in the “Who referred you?” field at checkout.

2.2 Each referred customer must:

• a) Complete the order without cancellation or return within the applicable return period.

2.3 A referral will only be deemed valid once the referred customer’s order is complete, paid in full, and not subject to return or refund.

3. Refund Offer

3.1 Upon two valid referrals, the participant will be eligible for a refund of up to £20 of the value of their original order.

3.2 If the original order value is less than £20, the refund will be limited to the total paid for that order, excluding shipping.

3.3 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.

3.4 Refunds will be issued no earlier than 14 days after the second qualifying referral’s order has been completed.

3.5 Only one referral refund may be claimed per customer under this Scheme.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

4.1 Self-referrals are not permitted. Participants may not refer themselves or individuals using duplicate, false, or misleading information.

4.2 We reserve the right to reject or revoke any referral if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.

4.3 The Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or referral programs unless explicitly stated.

4.4 The maximum refund available under this Scheme is £20 per participant.

5. Modifications and Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Any changes will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

5.3 Referrals made prior to any modification will be honoured in accordance with the Terms in place at the time the referral was made.

6. General

6.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
