Welcome to Climbers’ Nook! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • Climbers’ Nook is a registered business operating in the UK under self-employment.
  • We sell greeting cards designed by ourselves or freelancers, professionally printed in the UK.
  • We only accept orders within the United Kingdom.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe, accepting major credit and debit cards.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • Delivery timeframes depend on the service selected at checkout:
    • Standard: 1-3 working days
    • Express: 1-2 working days
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery at the buyer’s expense for postage.
  • Only new, unopened, and undamaged cards are eligible for a return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All card designs and content on our website are owned by Climbers’ Nook and/or our freelancers.
  • Reproduction, copying, or redistribution of our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Account and Privacy

  • Customers can check out as guests. Creating an account is not required.
  • We offer an optional newsletter subscription; customers can opt out at any time.
  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • We strive to keep product availability, pricing, and descriptions accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes and cancel affected orders if necessary.
  • We are not liable for delays in delivery due to postal service disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.
