Are you Climbing Multiple Times A Week,
and still not improving?

Climbing on it's own won’t break your V3–V6 plateau.

We Are Looking For Beta Testers

Are you stuck in a rut and want to get better? We are looking for people to test our programme and give feedback to help us take it from great to EXCEPTIONAL!

Let's help each other get better.

Read more about our Plateau Programme below and sign up to be a tester at the bottom.

Why Most Indoor Boulderers Plateau

  • Relying entirely on climbing for strength

  • Repeating favourite styles

  • No progressive overload

  • Avoiding off-the-wall training because it feels generic or intimidating

  • Trying random workouts with no structure

Progress stalls when stimulus stalls.

We've got you covered

Our 50-session Path details structured, climbing-specific off-the-wall training — without boring gym workouts or risky guesswork.

50 Sessions Structured into 5 Phases, Targetting 9 Specific Areas.

The TLDR:

The 50 sessions are organised into 5 progressive phases.

Each phase building on the last to move you beyond your current climbing plateau in a structured, controlled way.

A Clear Path Forward

Built for V3–V6 indoor climbers

Designed so it directly improves the most common causes of not being able to do that next grade

50 Predetermined Sessions

All the lorem ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary.

5 progressive blocks

As you progress down the path we'll slowly add in exercise variants and increased reps. We only do this after being he foundations first.

30 minutes each

Each session is designed so it is simple to understand, and quick to execute. No one wants to be training for 2 hours.

Designed to support 2 climbing days per week

There is no fun in locking yourself away for 50 weeks in a row and training but not doing the sport we love. We've made sure to leave time in the week, and gas in the tank so you have enough energy to climb 1-2 times per week as well as doing your dedicated training session.

Almost no gym equipment needed

For the whole journey all you will need is a pair of dumbbells, a pull up bar, and later in the programme a hangboard.

Let's Meet The Sessions

Each session has a specific focus that is directly transferable to improving your on-the-wall bouldering success.

1

Lock Off Strength

Build stronger lock-offs so you can hold body tension on overhangs instead of cutting loose when you reach.

2

Explosive Leg Power

Develop the lower-body power required to drive through dynamic starts and commit confidently to big moves.

3

Core Tension

Improve full-body tension so your feet stay engaged and you waste less energy on steep terrain.

4

Stability & Hip Control

Strengthen single-leg and hip control to improve high steps, rock-overs and awkward indoor positions.

5

Compression Strength

Build the strength needed to squeeze volumes and maintain body position on modern set styles.

6

Posterior Chain

Strengthen glutes and hamstrings to improve body positioning, tension and drive through powerful moves.

7

Pulling Strength Progression

Progressively increase pulling strength so smaller holds and longer moves feel more controlled and repeatable.

8

Scapular control

Develop shoulder stability to reduce injury risk and create stronger, more efficient pulling mechanics.

9

Grip Strength

Build controlled finger strength so small edges and slopers feel more secure instead of desperate.

Simple. Clear.
No Intimidation.

Every session includes clear start-and-finish illustrations - designed to make each movement obvious at a glance.

No anatomy diagrams. No muscle charts. No overcomplication.
Just climbing-specific training you can understand immediately.

Not an App. Not a Spreadsheet

What Makes Our Path Different?

We are all sick and tired of boring training plans that ask you to write down your reps or your PBs. Even worse, programmes that want you to use gym equipment that is so complicated that it looks like a section of a space rocket! Here's why we're different.

No Random Workout Generation

Our plan isn't just loads of exercises you did in PE at school with no thought put in to them.

Each of our exercises is specifically chosen to improve a bouldering technique.

No Logging Required

All you have to do is complete 6 cycles of the 5 exercises on the card and that's it. Session complete.

No Max Testing

Some coaching programmes ask you to do maximal tests to see your progress. We don't do that. It doesn't need a test to show if your climbing has improved. The focus of our Path is to get you passed that plateau, you'll know it when you see it!

No Percentage Calculation

Often programmes will need you to "complete 5 pull ups with 125% of your bodyweight" which requires attaching a harness and extra weights to yourself to make the exercise more difficult.

Show up. Follow the session. Leave knowing you trained correctly.

Frequently asked questions

Is this just a strength programme?

No. It builds lock-off strength, grip, explosive power, mobility and control - all targeted to indoor bouldering performance.

What if I miss a week?

How often should I do the sessions?

One structured session per week, alongside your normal climbing.

Consistency matters more than intensity.

What equipment do I need?

All you will need is a pair of dumbbells, a pull up bar, and later in the programme a hangboard.

These are common in almost every climbing centre. We designed this programme with this in mind.

What if I complete all 50 session and don't improve?

If you complete the sessions in order, climb twice per week alongside it, and don’t flash at least one problem a full grade above your starting flash grade, we’ll refund you.

Is this safe?

Sessions are progressive and controlled. There’s no max testing, no ego lifting, and no reckless loading.

If you have an existing injury, consult a professional before starting.

If you ever feel pain whilst doing the programme then stop immediately.

Is this suitable for teenagers?

Yes, provided they are already comfortably climbing V3 and have experience training safely in a gym environment.
